Travel agents can email support at
  • Include record locator, IATA number, all relevant details and verbiage stating the issue or concern
  • Hours of availability for the Support Desk are 8:00a.m. – 8:00p.m. ET; Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays)
  • Spirit does not do call-outs so please include all information in your email for us to be able to assist
  • Customer emails are NOT handled at the Travel Agency Sales Support desk

Group Requests

Group Requests are handled on the web site by using the Group Travel link and completing the form or by email to

Advance Seat Assignments / Pre-purchased Checked or Carry-On Bags / Online Check-in

Travel Agents or their customers may access a booking using the last name and the GDS record locator or the Spirit Airlines confirmation code. Please visit under the Manage Travel tab where advanced specific seat assignments and checked or carry-on luggage can be pre-purchased and, within 24 hours of flight time, where one can check-in and print boarding passes

Baggage Embargo

Spirit Airlines has some baggage embargos which limit the number of bags allowable on specific flights and/or destinations. Please check baggage help for all the details.
